And Suggestions
In this practice, we all try hard
to provide the best possible service for our patients. However, if you feel you
are dissatisfied with any of our services, please
direct your comments to the practice manager.
The practice has a complaints procedure and this is available on request.
We feel it is much better for grievances to be tackled as soon as possible
and, ideally, directly between the parties involved, as misunderstandings can
be more readily resolved in this setting.
We welcome constructive comments and suggestions about our services and have
a suggestion box in the reception area.
Computerisation
Our practice is fully computerised and to enable us to maintain accurate
records we ask that you tell us of any change in your particulars (name, address,
telephone number, etc). It is important that the practice has accurate up-to-date
information as any correspondence eg hospital referral etc may be sent to
the wrong address which could delay treatment.
Confidentiality will remain of prime concern.
Rochdale West Practice based Commissioning Cluster
The aim of Practice Based Commissioning is to provide more relevant and efficient services to our patients, and nearer to the patients’ home. The cluster is made up of nine GP practices covering over 63,000 patients. As a cluster, we are looking at how to alter patient pathways and working with other clusters, PCT provider services and other care agencies to develop and re-design appropriate services that benefit our patients.
